Rhyming with Dr. Seuss' Cat In The Hat

Hello everyone! This worksheet that I am going to scan in for you was created in Microsoft Word. The point of the worksheet is to get children's little brains working. This activity you will want to explain to the children what rhyme means before you even start to read the book. Once you go over what rhyme means to the children pass out the worksheet to them, and start to read the book. Explain to them that the first row is an example of what to do and they will be filling out the worksheet as you read to them. The reason I came up with a worksheet was so that you could see if the children are understanding what they are doing and so that you can incorperate a lesson with Dr. Seuss and his famous book "The Cat in The Hat." Below is the worksheet I made in Word, and I scanned in.
